Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: **Consultant - Weld Shop / BIW** **Job description** 1.Guiding team for Process feasibility study for new product requirements in existing facilities 2. Faciltating team towards Benchmarking Body Shop FTGs, electrical controls, automation & systems for energy efficiency & corrosion protection enhancement of product 3. New product planning - Facility, tools, gauges & fixtures, budget workout, procurement & implementation. Study to Sweat existing equipments to maximum. 4. Creating various Budget options and workouts which help towards taking strategic decisions related to equipment suppliers. 5 Creating options by directing teams for Adaptation of new product in existing facilities with Equipment enhancemments for introduction of new models and variants. 6. Study the process and product requirements and Guide others in selecting the right equipments based on requirements. 7.Value addition through Interactions with manufacturing team and collect equipment related MTBF and MTTR Data and incorporate the same in new equipment requirement RFQ preparation. 8. Interacting with teams and facilitate lesson learnt sessions for on going and concluded projects and take action accordingly for RFQ preparations. 9. Contribute and lead team members to create Architecture for controls and Robotics.Also creation of checksheets for Design buyoff/Equipment buyoff at supplier ends for FTR deliverables. 10. Scouting various suppliers ,Co ordinate with suppliers discussing with suppliers technically /Creating a comparision matrix by SWOT analysys and helping Capital purchase to negotiate and decide on best equipent supplier. 11. Confirming the adherance of RFQ by suppliers in terms of agreed specification quality and timely delivery 12. Identify and eliminate the capacity constraints as per volume demand using method study tools (Man-Machine charts, deciding the online - offline strategy, low cost automation. etc.). 13. Detail study of sustainable New technology processes, equipment, systems, material evaluation for implementation 14. Installation & commisionning and post installation support. 15.Leading and directing team towards successful implementation of Industry 4.0. 16.Identifying the skill enhancement requirement of team and arranging appropriate trainings. 17. Directing and leading team to execute M6 level programme. " **ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL**(Will be evaluated). **Job type**: On site. **Location**: Monterrey **Salary**: $85,000 gross. **Benefits**: Excellent superior benefits.
