Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:**Consultant - Weld Shop / BIW in Monterrey****Job description**- Responsibilities & Key Deliverables- Guiding team for Process feasibility study for new product requirements in existing facilities- Faciltating team towards Benchmarking Body Shop FTGs, electrical controls, automation & systems for energy efficiency & corrosion protection enhancement of product- New product planning - Facility, tools, gauges & fixtures, budget workout, procurement & implementation. Study to Sweat existing equipments to maximum.- Creating various Budget options and workouts which help towards taking strategic decisions related to equipment suppliers.- Creating options by directing teams for Adaptation of new product in existing facilities with Equipment enhancemments for introduction of new models and variants.- Study the process and product requirements and Guide others in selecting the right equipments based on requirements.- Value addition through Interactions with manufacturing team and collect equipment related MTBF and MTTR Data and incorporate the same in new equipment requirement RFQ preparation.- Interacting with teams and facilitate lesson learnt sessions for on going and concluded projects and take action accordingly for RFQ preparations.- Contribute and lead team members to create Architecture for controls and Robotics.Also creation of checksheets for Design buyoff/Equipment buyoff at supplier ends for FTR deliverables.- Scouting various suppliers ,Coordinate with suppliers discussing with suppliers technically /Creating a comparision matrix by SWOT analysys and helping Capital purchase to negotiate and decide on best equipent supplier.- Confirming the adherance of RFQ by suppliers in terms of agreed specification quality and timely delivery- Identify and eliminate the capacity constraints as per volume demand using method study tools (Man-Machine charts, deciding the online - offline strategy, low cost automation. etc.).- Detail study of sustainable New technology processes, equipment, systems, material evaluation for implementation- Installation & commisionning and post installation support.- Leading and directing team towards successful implementation of Industry 4.0.- Identifying the skill enhancement requirement of team and arranging appropriate trainings.- Directing and leading team to execute M6 level programme.- "Experience (years) 10-15 Years- Industry Preferred Automotive- Qualification B.E.or B Tech.**Mechanical / ProductionCompetencies**- Result orientation with execution excellence- Leveraging Human capital- Customer Focus- Strategic Business Orienatation- Innovation led Transformation**"Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job**- **"Competencies**:- 1. Fixture design concept layout finalization and Approvals, fixture tryouts and trouble shooting.- 8. Hands on knowledge / experience with Catia V5 & Autocad.- 9. Process simulate Knowledge will be added advantage.- 10.
