Mexico City (3 days on-site, 2 Remote)

**Job Activities**:

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide technical guidance and support.
- Prioritize and manage the project backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes. Adapt to changing project requirements. Optimize code complexity with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders from different countries.

Operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Present technical concepts and project updates clearly.

**Skill Set**:

- Basic frontend (Typescript, template engines)
- [If possible] Internal Google Technologies (strong preference)
- Advanced in one and proficient in the other
- C++
- Java
- Python
- Test driven development

Strong technical background with OOP programming.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and

understanding of algorithmic complexities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and project requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate in ambiguity, self-motivated.
