**Data Specialist**

**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines to collect, clean, and store data from various sources.
- Support the building of scalable data frameworks using tools like Hadoop, Spark, or other big data technologies.
- Help implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists to prepare datasets for analysis and model building.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Data Management:

- Ensure data quality and integrity by assisting in data validation and cleansing processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation of data engineering processes and workflows.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with IT, data science, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non
- technical stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on data engineering best practices. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and big data technologies.
- Explore new tools and techniques to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in data engineering methodologies and processes.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Financial or Computational Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge in audit data providers (Knobloch, Nielsen, Close-up, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong technical and teamwork skills.
