Precision Cable Assemblies (PCA) is a World Class Supplier of wire harnesses, battery cables, and custom wiring solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English (desirable)
- SAP Business One Experience (desirable)
- 4 years experience in purchasing, warehouse, foreign trade.
**Activities**:
- Lead and manage the purchasing, foreign trade and logistics team:
Define and monitor indicators and goals for the team.
Support the implementation with the appropriate departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Warehouse, Commerce) tools and methods to improve the organization of the supply chain such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run.
- Coordinate and manage the SIOP, MPS, MRP processes of the plant:
Lead the siop monthly plant and weekly MPS meetings.
Lead SIOP and MPS processes at the plant level and identify internal and external bottlenecks.
Continuously improve SIOP and MPS processes. Ensure respect for procedures and maintain them at the best level.
- Ensure that SIOP/MPS are realistic and consistent and manage plant load:
Manage bottleneck issues by coordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, product).
Follow up on the implementation of the MPS and propose corrective actions related to the availability of components.
Define with external flow analyst the incoming and outgoing transport plans.
Ensure that data is placed in SAP to configure customer needs in the SIOP and MPS.
Lead Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up on related action plans.
Propose logistics protocol with suppliers.
