We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Specialist to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
**QA Tester**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a meticulous QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and collaborate with **developers to resolve issues.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Test Planning**: Create detailed test plans and cases based on requirements.
- ** Manual & Automated Testing**: Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- ** Bug Tracking**: Document and report issues using tools like Jira.
- ** Collaboration**: Work with developers and product teams to ensure quality.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Suggest enhancements to testing processes and tools.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing.
- Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Postman).
- Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to performance and security testing.
- Certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
