**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Testing Engineering Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).Job Description Required:- Manage availability, latency, scalability and efficiency of services by engineering reliability into software and systems- Respond to and resolve emergent service problems; build monitoring tools and automation to prevent problem recurrence- Review and influence new and evolving design, architecture, standards, and methods for operating services and systems- Participate in software and system performance analysis and tuning, service capacity planning and demand forecasting- Develop a good grasp of the operations environment to distill knowledge into common architectural patterns that can be applied as common infrastructure across platforms.- Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, conduct design and code reviews as part of the solution development process - Lead or coordinate a group of cross-functional engineers in delivering a project or platform through its lifecycle to production deployment.- Provide Systems engineering in a Windows environment using languages like Powershell, VBScript, Python etc.- Experience in configuring IIS8 and above- Configure, troubleshoot and monitor Tibco MQ- Use tools like Chef, Puppet etc.- Experience with Appdynamics configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting- Work with Development and Operations teams that support high volume 24x7 mission critical systems- Mentor junior and less experienced engineers and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.- Develop technical documentation for knowledge sharing and communication across teams is also essential.- Experience with code merge on parallel branches and resolving build problems.**Technical Skills**Devops (Build engineering)GitHubConfiguration and Release managementAppDynamics monitoring and troubleshooting OR similar toolsInfrastructure and Server upgrades**Nice to have**- Application profiling and tuning, expertise in using profiling tools.- Using version control systems such as Subversion/GIT- Exposure the cloud environment such as Azure / Cloud Foundry- Using Puppet/Chef as an automation tool for automating large scale deploymentsTemp Remote**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
