- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Mexico City Time)_
- Salary: $17,000 MXN per month with law benefits_

Are you highly organized, proactive, and fluent in English? We are looking for **two Bilingual Customer Service and Administrative Representatives** to join our team in Roma Norte. In this role, you’ll support both client-facing communication and behind-the-scenes administrative operations—making you a key player in ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and manage client appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update records, databases, and internal systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks and coordination between departments
- Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for every client interaction

**Qualifications**
- C2 level English proficiency — strong spoken and written communication is essential
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare coordination
- **Experience in the healthcare sector is required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and take initiative in a structured environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a problem-solving attitude
