SUMMARY

International Student Insurance (an Envisage International company) has an immediate opening for a full-time International Customer Service Representative. This position offers tremendous opportunity for growth and professional development. Everyone wants flexibility to work from home sometimes – but two days in the office per week sets you up for faster growth and deeper mentorship and more quickly prepares you for future roles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:

  • Obtain a A1, insurance license within 90 days of being hired
  • Communicating with international and study abroad students and the advisors at their schools
  • Customer service phone calls, emails, live chat and other support services
  • Day-to-day support of our insurance operations
  • A variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clients

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Bilingual or Advanced English required. Additional languages and any international experience are also helpful
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
