This position is an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Sr Finance Manager, will work in conjunction with teams from Canada, Mexico and the USA. Report to VP of operations and global directors.
Experiência y requisitos
- Lead monthly financial results analysis for Manufacturing and Distribution operation with strong focus on material and production cost - Drive critical financial operations metrics such as cost per unit, labor cost, inventory accuracy, CAPEX, savings. - Working with the Finance/Accounting team, review and ensure timely preparation of accurate monthly consolidated financial statements, to be presented to the top management. - Lead the preparation and review of quarterly rolling forecasts and annual operating plan. Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and take corrective actions (Financial/business risks and opportunities) - Responsible for all operational aspects of Cost Accounting and Inventory Management for regional centre. Ensure that the governance and internal policies are followed in accordance with Corporate Policy. - Represent Operations finance team in the ERP rollout and business process changes discussion for Americas entities
