Do you have a passion for B2B sales and experience in logistics or transportation? At **Happymile**, we're looking for a driven **Sales Executive** to help expand our operations across Texas and the southern U.S.
**About Us**
Happymile provides high-value, regulated ground transportation solutions for critical industries such as oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and refrigerated food logistics. We’re known for our commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence.
**Your Mission**
Identify, pursue, and close high-value commercial opportunities—positioning Happymile as a top-tier dedicated carrier for regulated and sensitive cargo.
**What You’ll Do**
- Prospect and win new B2B clients in key industries.
- Own the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing.
- Build custom logistics solutions based on client needs and compliance requirements.
- Represent Happymile at trade shows and industry events.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years in B2B sales (ideally in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage).
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking market, especially in Texas.
- Experience with cross-border (U.S.Mexico) logistics is a plus.
- Proven success in closing large deals.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
