**Field Supervisor**

1. Establecer el plan de producción requerido por planeación a través del establecimiento de los lotes de producción en la zona, supervisando el proceso de siembra, plantabilidad, aislamientos y SPLIT en base a la ficha técnica.

2. Colaborar con el área de HSE ejecutando los lineamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente establecidos por la dirección, teniendo cero accidentes de trabajo, generando las observaciones de seguridad y BBS planteados.

3. Apegarse al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y Seguridad ISO y OHSAS, cumpliendo con los estándares establecidos en los procedimientos de Control de Calidad, cumpliendo con las capacitaciones en Instrucciones de Trabajo, Registros y Norma de Calidad en las Auditorias Internas y Externas del sistema de Gestión de Calidad.

4. Cumplir con la captura de información en las diferentes plataformas existentes como Velocity, Scout e HydroBio en los tiempos requeridos.

5.Gener de proyectos de mejora continua para eliminar los desperdicios del área y que estos se encuentren documentados en la plataforma (PMT).

6.Cumplir con los objetivos declarados en sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) y KPI´S planteados en el proceso estando dentro de los parámetros establecidos. 7. Establecer planes de desarrollo de habilidades técnicas y personales del equipo a cargo.

8. Establecer canales de comunicación efectiva con los agricultores cooperantes, supervisores y compañeros de otras áreas de soporte y clientes internos.

9. Participación y seguimiento en la implementación del Sistema de Producción aportando iniciativas de mejora en los procesos de campo
