Responsibilities:
- Set up vendor database in SAP for Landowners, service suppliers and Municipal, State and Federal Agencies.- Request payments associated with the Land Rights, social investment projects, agreements with Municipal and / or State Governments, and to Municipal, State or Federal Agencies as required for pipeline construction.- Creation and follow up of purchase requisitions in SAP- Administration of databases to record payments on daily basis and provide project related information for its control to the Information Management area.- Follow-up in the submissions of payment checks and its status in the project and corporate offices.- Review and analysis of monthly incurred costs for each of the project in implementation phase, including any journal entry as required.- Support to cost control analyst in the areas of Land, Permits and Community Relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or science with relevant experience in administrative for at least 2 years.- Experience in ERP systems (SAP)- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and the ability to manage data sets obtained from various data sources is required.-
- Proven team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, develop and maintain collaborative working relationships to achieve project execution metrics.- Ability to work independently and think analytically. With guidance only in the most complex situations.- Strong attention to detail, work accuracy and following instructions as required.
