**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Education and Experience**:

- ? College degree in Business, Engineering
- ? Computer literacy in MS Windows, and MS Office Package.
- ? ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Manager.
- ? Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- ? Good mechanical aptitude.
- ? Quality System / ISO 9001 & ISO14001 experience.

**Abilities and Requirements**:

- ? Problem Solving/Root Cause Analysis
- ? Statistical Analysis / Minitab ? ISO/TS 16949, Automotive-Sector requirements (PPAP, MSA, SPC, etc.)
- ? ISO 14001experience
- ? Lean Manufacturing.
- ? Proficiency in the English language (advanced)

**Responsibility**:

- Leads activities to ensure that quality performance goals (Cost of Quality, scrap, rework, customer returns, warranty returns, and/or other metrics, as determined in agreement with the Plant Manager) are met.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes are compliant with internal quality expectations exceeding customer’s specs.
