Esta posición es para ti
Responsabilidades principales:
Captura precisa y oportuna de órdenes de compra en el sistema
Seguimiento a pedidos, desde su recepción hasta la entrega final
Coordinación con áreas internas: logística, almacén, facturación y ventas
Atención a clientes nacionales e internacionales, brindando soluciones eficaces
Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con productos, entregas y documentación
Apoyo administrativo general al área comercial y de operaciones

Requisitos del perfil:
Experiência mínima de 2 años en atención a clientes y captura de pedidos (preferentemente en sector industrial o químico)
Conocimiento de sistemas ERP o plataformas similares (deseable)
Nível de inglés intermedio (lectura, redacción y conversación básica - deseable)
Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o licenciatura en áreas como Administración, Logística, Comercio Exterior o afín
Habilidad para el trabajo en equipo, seguimiento a procesos y atención al detalle
