We're united by our guiding principles that serve as the foundation for how we act and make decisions.**ROLE SUMMARY****ACCOUNTABILITIES**As a Customer Service Representative- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.- Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.- Take the extra mile to engage customers.**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- Must have 2 + years of inbound and Outbound Consumer service experience OR 1 year of healthcare Customer Service experience.- Recommendation letters from 2 previous works.- Advanced English Level - C1 - Native-like English - Neutral accent**Technical / Functional Skills Required**- Must be computer literate/basic keyboard knowledge, fast typing skills, have a basic understanding of using webpages and internet systems /- Have at least 50mbps internet speed and stable internet.- Must be able to work from home without any distractions.- Must have strong punctuality habits.**Soft Skills Required**- Clear Communication- Attentive Listener- Self-control- Assertiveness- Empathy- Depersonalization- Taking responsibility- Calm- Confident**Work schedule**:Mon - Thurs 8am to 7pm, Fri 10am to 7pm.At DME, employee experience is our number 1 priority.
