**Become a Dispatch Specialist at MaxTrans Logistics**

Are you organized, bilingual, and ready to get things done? Join our team as a **Dispatch Specialist** — the key link between drivers, dispatchers, and clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support drivers with load details and real-time updates
- Track shipments using tools like Macropoint or Project44
- Update systems like McLeod with notes and driver activity
- Generate reports and keep documents organized
- Solve problems quickly to keep operations running smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Team player who works well under pressure
- Bonus: experience with logistics tools (McLeod, Fourkites, etc.)
