MaxTrans Logistics is looking for a **Dispatch Specialist - Mixed Shift** to join our fast-paced, fun-loving team. You'll be the **link**between **drivers, dispatchers, and clients**— keeping deliveries smooth, on time, and on point.What You’ll Be Doing:- **Keep drivers in the loop** with load details, updates, and real-time support.- **Track shipments** using tools like Macropoint or Project44 (don’t worry, we’ll train you).- **Update systems** like McLeod with load notes and driver activity.- **Generate reports**, organize documents, and help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.- **Solve problems** on the fly and help keep customers happy.What We're Looking For:- You’re fluent in English (spoken & written — we work with the U.S.).- You’re a multitasking ninja and love staying organized.- You’ve got great vibes and love being part of a team.- You can handle pressure like a champ and think fast when things change.- Bonus points if you’ve worked with dispatch tools or logistics platforms (McLeod, Fourkites, etc.).Why Join Us?- Grow with us — We love promoting from within- Schedule**:3:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.**:- Starting salary of **$13,000.00 per month gross** (before taxes)- **All benefits by law** (IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Prima Vacacional, etc.)Ready to make things move?**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $13,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- On a scale of 1 to 100, how would you rate your English proficiency?Work Location: In person
