Supervise, coordinate and monitor the performance of Training and QMS Team. Support to all areas to train and/or coach, how to elaborate procedures for the proper development of Fi Quality System. Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality system. ISO 9001 / 13485 Develop training plans for All areas. Performs internal audits for critical processes and operating procedures. Participate in activities, identifying and solving problems. Use core tools and other types of concepts and tools for continuous improvement Coordinates the execution of the calendar of internal audits and coordination of the execution through the Internal Auditors. Coordinate the monitoring of corrective actions and non-conformities of the Quality System, Customer Complaints and RMA’s. Responsible for monitoring and ensure the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC in all Departments.

Experiência y requisitos

Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training. Bilingual (English & Spanish ) Excellent communication Skills Maquiladora Industry Experience Experience in engineering, quality and/or manufacturing Relevant manufacturing/ Industrial engineering degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of Quality Management System Auditing experience and managing audit programs. A detailed understanding of ISO 9001 / 13485 Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers Excellent leadership and man
