**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1.#Directs daily follow-up of Lean Daily Management (SQDCI). 2.#Tracking Customer Complaints, Deliveries, Productivity and Inventory.3.#Execute the production program and estimate the man-hour requirements to complete the production plan. 4.#Analyze and solve work problems related to production floor 5.#Evaluate and develop the production staff. 6.#Daily revision to SW of production leader. 7.#Responsible for accuracy of hour by hour rate in the production cells. 8.#Responsible of scrap and productivity root cause analysis. 9.#Monitoring and compliance to SOP's. 10.#Control of equipment and tooling over production cells 11.#Gemba walks.

**Required Skills and Experience**

3 years# experience as minimum in the industry as production supervisor. Extensive knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP's). Broad experience in planning and production control. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma tools. Knowledge in ISO-9000 environment. Problem solving skills. Results oriented
