Objective

Responsible for supporting the definition, development and execution of the Talent Acquisition and D&I Strategy, ensuring that the defined goals are alined to the local needs in the Recruit, Source & Select and Onboarding proces

Main Responsibilities
- Support the design and definition of an agile and effective recruitment, sourcing and selection talent strategy in order to fulfill the internal customer / plants needs
- Defines and sets sourcing tools that meet with targets defined in the Company, benchmarking and best practices implementations.
- Validate the effectiveness of the onboarding strategy/ process, generates analytics (turnover new employees, satisfaction surveys, engagement surveys, etc.) that facilitate the continuous improvement of the process.
- Support in the definition and design of tools, processes or systems that contribute to a more effective Recruit, Source and Select process by analyzing potential risks and date
- Support the Employer Branding strategy by designing and defining new actions or activities that promote an effective recruitment and retention of talent for Nemak
- Identifies external trends and recognizes best practices to increase diversity among workforce

Position Requirements
- Education: Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Administration
- Experience: Human Resources (5+ years), Recruitment processes (+4 years), D&I (1+ year)
- Technical Skills: Targeted Selection, Behavioral Interviews, Success Factors
