End to end project management of RFPs
- Develop and manage the bid plan, including necessary SMEs, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Draft the first version of the proposal using existing content and prior proposals
- Organize and facilitate meetings with the bid team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Actively participating in developing winning strategies and key messaging
- Oversee the creative design of high quality and compelling final response documents
- Maintain and update a repository of sales and proposal content within our Loopio RFP content library
- Conduct research to gather information on client requirements, industry standards, and the competitive landscape
- Minimum 5 years project/bid management experience, delivering high-value and complex bids
- Proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience of managing project teams on a cross-border basis
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and broking desired, but not essential
- Experience with an RFP management tool like Loopio is ideal, but not essential
- Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative and present new ways to present information
- Accuracy and attention to detail approach
- Driven individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and plenty of initiative
