**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Perfect Execution database.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Keep the database updated.
- Preparation/interpretation of drawings/specifications
- Inventory poka yokes
- Measurement of critical characteristics
- Monitoring and Measurement of the product process
- Audit of the proper use of each PY
- Establishment of maintenance tasks for pokayoke in EAM
- Take part in the development of future implementations in PY
- Actively get involved in all activities of the Per(x) department such as:
- Audits and 5's Courses.
- Kaizen Events Coordination
- TPM Events Coordination
- Coordination of SMED Events
- Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Support for Cost Reduction projects and Investment Projects
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/engineering or a related department to use lean tools.
- Knowledge of Plcs, Pneumatics, Autocad, English (Spoken and Written), Lean Tools.
- Collaborate, Develop Talent, Cultivate innovation, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
