**Descripción del puesto**:
El/la Retail Support brindará apoyo administrativo y operativo al equipo de ventas, asegurando la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones comerciales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaboración de resúmenes ejecutivos y presentaciones para reuniones con clientes y directivos.
- Envío de reportes semanales y diarios según se requiera.
- Asistencia en la organización y coordinación de juntas con clientes y directivos.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel para análisis de datos y seguimiento de métricas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés (escrito y hablado).
- Habilidades de redacción y comprensión de textos.
- Puntualidad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en roles de soporte administrativo/ Retail.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
- Fluidez en inglés (escrito y hablado).
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y atención al detalle.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
