An important company dedicated to the development of Software by expansion is looking for a Technical Support Analyst on site.Vacancy 50% Home Office, 50% on Site (Depends on the project)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent experience or related degree.ESSENTIAL: Advanced English (Evaluation will be done) and availability to travel.Qualifications:- Demonstrable work experience in providing technical support- Mastery of English- Working knowledge of support software, databases and remote control- Skills for customer service and communication- Advanced multitasking and troubleshooting capabilities- Desirable to have experience in Retail (Point of sale)**Responsibilities**:- Provide first level contact and solutions to customer technical issues.- Appropriately escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support- Track, walk and redirect issues to the right resources- Update customer data and prepare activity reports- Guide customers through the problem resolution process- Ensure proper registration, documentation and closing- Recommend modifications and process improvements- Preserve and develop your knowledge of support procedures, products and servicesWe offer you:- Salary: 1,500 to 1,700 USD (Salary negotiable)- Vacation to celebrate the year- Hybrid work- Work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with availability to do guard duty on weekends (These are roles and in any case there would be compensation)- Biweekly payment- It is not by projectIf it is of interest to you and covers the profile, do not hesitate to send your CV
