We are Hiring
Remote position from Monday To Friday.

**Scheduler/appointment setter**

Some of your responsibilities would be:

- Schedule caregivers based on availability and geographic location.
- Ensure caregivers clock in/out on time.
- Communicate with caregivers about lateness, sick days, or absences.
- Find replacements quickly when needed.
- Manage and negotiate time-off requests.
- Be attentive to incoming calls.

**Skills**

knowledge of Wellsky is really desirable.
previous experience scheduling (6 months)
