**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The mission of the ECS CDE P&PO is to support customers in ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience, support RISE with SAP, drive SAP HANA adoption and scale and to provide Enterprise-class cloud offering for mission critical operations.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:

- You are a key contact for all topics around ECS technology to ensure a smooth move to the cloud.
- Your passion is the implementation and migration of different solutions and technologies including the configuration and operation of the solution landscape with the newest technologies, products and innovations.
- The ECS P&PO architecture expert supports all critical and complex technical aspects of provisioning, upgrades and migrations of system landscapes in a ECS private cloud environment
- This role serves as L4 support for project leads in particular projects and is also customer facing
- Ability to work under pressure and constantly add value to customer and within the organization
- Collaborate with different teams from within the ECS organization and outside to ensure excellent customer satisfaction; this includes interfacing with customers
- Steering partners / system integrators on operational level during onboarding projects

**EXPERIENCE AND ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Datacenter migration experience
- Experience in managing SAP release upgrades
- SAP technology - deep basis and hands on experience
- Profound IT backend technology experience
- Being familiar working with hyperscalers ( AWS, Azure, GCP )
- Experience in the former role of HEC LCTC
- Knowledge in SPC procedures
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing/ running landscape provisioning, installation, migration and upgrades
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer facing role and should have excellent command on de-escalating critical situations.
