We are Datadog's in-house product experts. The Technical Solutions team enables Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful. We share our technical and product expertise with customers via multi-channel technical support, demos, and presentations. You'll be joining a team and company where you will be challenged, but also will immediately witness your contributions to Datadog.

**What You'll Do**:
- Become the go-to expert on Agent Core at Datadog, mastering both the technical landscape and the customer experience.
- Investigate Agent performance, configuration, and custom integrations, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Partner with Engineering to identify and resolve Agent-level optimizations, driving improvements upstream.
- Build tooling and automation to streamline debugging and troubleshooting for complex integrations.
**Who You Are**:
- An expert working across Linux, Windows, and MacOS, with strong system-level troubleshooting skills (processes, services, networking, file systems).
- Hands-on with CLIs, APIs, and config files (YAML/JSON), and can confidently guide others toward best practices.
- Comfortable navigating containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Confident with scripting and automation (Python, Go, or Bash) to improve troubleshooting workflows.
- Able to navigate through APIs, and integrations, understanding their behavior at a deep level.
