**Job objective**:
In this role you are part of our HR Service Center Team and will serve as the first point of contact for our employees. Responsible to answer all questions with regards to HR Policies, Employee related questions and resolve moderately complex to difficult issues by recording and tracking inquiries in the HR Ticket System from initiation through resolution.
An important part of your job will be support to the payroll supervisor. So some experience in payroll is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll**:
- Preparation and forwarding of all relevant payroll documents to local payroll Manager and external payroll provider each month
- Check of payroll provider output
**Customer Service**:
- Maintain customer contact until request is resolved, including informing customer of status and solution;
- Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR process, system and policy requests which are considered to be routine requests and require limited research;
Educate employees on company practices and tools to
- encourage employees to resolve their requests by using the self-service functions;
- Provides employee counseling on policies and procedures (e.g., leave of absence, retirement).
**System Maintenance**:
- Accurate maintenance of all relevant master data and become specialized in the usage of our Core HR Systems
- Conduct specialized transactions within our HR information system Workday and other HR systems;
- Ensure up to date HR information systems and processes;
**HR Administration**:
- Provide document support by managing incoming and outgoing forms, information, etc.;
- Troubleshoot and resolve specific domain policy and procedure questions (e.g., benefits, leave of absence, and compensation);
- Responsible for keeping employee file up to date;
- Preparation of statistics, presentations, process manuals, new forms, etc.

**Miscellaneous**:
- Participation in out of the ordinary HR Projects, special tasks to support the HR Team
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- HBO education within the Human Resources field;
- Solid Dutch and English communication capabilities, both oral and written
- Experience with HR Systems, preferably Workday, ADP systems
- Some experience in payroll processes
- Solid MS Office skills; especially in Excel
- A careful and structured working style and absolutely trustworthy, service orientated, accurate and reliable
- On-schedule and independent working methods as well as a high level of commitment and teamwork
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy
- Ability to deal professionally with sensitive and confidential matters;
- Able to cope with stress in a continuously changing organization
