**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Creación de plan anual de Marketing y Comunicación del programa de Lealtad
- Análisis de datos, inteligencia de negocio, construcción de procesos
- Definición de la estrategia de comunicación para estimular la acumulación y el uso de los Puntos Recompensas.
- Alineación y desarrollo de campañas y medición de resultados con las áreas de Marketing, CRM y BI.
- Relacionamiento con partners internos y externos para negociación y administración de beneficios para clientes del programa Recompensas.
- Presentaciones comerciales y a nível ejecutivo de resultados de campañas
- Administración del sitio web de recompensas y los distintos canales para intercambio de puntos
- Benchmarking
- Diseño e interpretación de Funnels para canales digitales
- Definición de KPI´s de MKT y comunicación y su respectiva relación con objetivos de negocio
- Optimización continua del customer journey
- Gestión de equipo de gerentes a su cargo
