Advance Allocation Manager es responsable de la administración de las actividades del grupo de Advance allocation para asegurar el flujo de materia prima para las fases de flujos de preproducción asi como asegurar los arranques exitosos relacionados con disponibildiad de materia prima Supervisar las actividades de escalación a proveedores por parte de operaciones y program management
Administra la coordinación de acciones en conjunto con el grupo de SCM PLPL para resolver problemas de proveedor Asegurar el Monitoreo del estatus del materia prima entre Allocation y Component readiness en planta
Definir prioridades para el soporte en la resolucion de problemas relacionados con la expeditacion de NP en las diferentes fases Siguiente nível de escalación para el area de PM / Operaciones y planta relacionado con problemas de material Comunicación oportuna a la administración problemas o riesgos relacionados con materia prima para las diferentes fases.
Asegurar la definición de la parametrización de los Numeros de parte para hand off a producción regular Definición de procedimientos para ordenamiento de materia prima en flujos de preproducción Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
