**Business Systems Analyst 4****Education: Bachelor's degree related to IT.****Experience**:- **Minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst.**- **Strong communications skills.**- **Ability to understand and convey technical concepts into simple ideas.****Knowledge**:- **ERP Systems, Oracle,**- **Manufacturing Execution Systems, 42Q & rTO desirable.**- **Repair & Logistics Processes**- **Servers Architecture.**- **Relational Databases.**- **Network Infrastructure.**- **Material Reuirement Planning.**- **Rapid Response,**- **B2B Communication.****Skills**:- **Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.**- **Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available as required.**- **Proactive with a high sense of responsibility and accountability**- **Strong interpersonal skills required.**- **A keen eye for detail, research skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.****Responsibilities**:- **Collaborate in the implementation of existing or additional systems functionalities to meet business needs**- **Identity, analyze and clearly document complex business/user requirements/processes**- **Coordinate/participate/lead the design, development, testing, training, and implementation of effective, automated IT solutions.**- **Suggest changes in the use of the system to better meet customers’ requirements.**- **Proactively report to management the status of assigned tasks and projects on a timely fashion.
