- You will manage both an entire project - and efforts working with another DL to deliver
the data components of a larger project / program.
- Demonstrate experience in managing data project and the unique challenges which they
can provide
- Drive the End-to-End delivery of expected business outcomes, realization of benefits as outlined in the business case, drive incremental value, incremental planning, and dependency scope definition.
- Drives your projects with exceptional communication skills - experience coordinating
activities across multiple departments and teams with conflicting priorities. Experience
communicating with senior leadership / SVP / VP levels is key.
- Responsible for the communication, critical issues, visibility, change management
guidance to deliver business outcomes.
- Drives the prioritization of deliverables, handles moderate to complex issues/risks,
governs dependencies.
- Responsible for the delivery of status/health reports to drive value delivery tracking,
optimizes the flow of value and ensures demand/capacity is handled.
- Works with medium to large project/product financials. ($3m-$5M)
- Good knowledge / experience supporting an insurance business team - a track record of
understanding business challenges and stress points.
- Key contributor in the facilitation of contract negotiations, statement of work development
and vendor oversight toward expected goals.

Experience in Delivering Data Warehousing projects, data engineering and other data integration projects is required for sucess in this role. As a Delivery Leader you are responsible for delivering value and outcomes - on time, on budget and with quality. Delivery leaders are expected to have an end-to-end vantage point on delivery, manage dependencies, remove blockers, engage partners, manage financials, maximize vendor relationships, and enable an iterative delivery of value. You will need to keep pace with software delivery and organizational change methods and tools. Delivery leaders should also understand relevant Financial and Agile/Lean/DevOps tools and techniques
