**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Design and implement comprehensive infrastructure solutions to support desktop operations effectively.- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.- Provide expert guidance on infrastructure best practices to enhance system efficiency and security.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with organizational goals.- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into the existing infrastructure framework.- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to address potential issues proactively.- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes.- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for infrastructure enhancement and innovation.- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal delivery of infrastructure services.- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of infrastructure systems.- Implement robust security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve infrastructure capabilities.- Support the desktop support team in resolving complex technical issues efficiently.**Qualifications**- Possess a deep understanding of desktop support operations and infrastructure design.- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing and managing IT infrastructure solutions.- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.- Have a proven track record of optimizing infrastructure performance and reliability.- Show expertise in integrating new technologies into existing systems seamlessly.- Display excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.**Certifications Required**- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
