**Perfil requerido**:
Profesional en la atención al cliente con mas de 2 años de experiência en atención y servicio a los clientes y ser capaz de alinearse a los objetivos corporativos, ejecutar los análisis y planeación del costo de ventas, conocimiento del SGC y de procesos productivos en general.

**Responsabilidades y objetivos clave**:

- Canalizar y registrar las quejas, reclamos o sugerencias de los clientes.
- Segmentar a los clientes para bridar el servicio personalizado y de acuerdo a sus necesidades.
- Regular la gestión del servicio al cliente.
- Controlar procesos de facturación y servicio de post venta.
- Aclarar las dudas sobre los productos que se comercializan.
- Seguimiento al plan de entregas e informe del estatus de cada cliente.
- Reportes a la gerencia de ventas.

**Competencias**:

- Mínimo 2 años de trabajo como Customer Service en la **industrias automotrices o personal care.**
- Licenciatura en Administración o Mercadotecnia.
- **Ingles Ejecutivo.**
- Trabajar en equipo y tener una gran capacidad de comunicación con las partes internas y externas.
- Prueba de experiência en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.

Salario: $24,000.00 - $29,000.00 al mes
