Parker has increased its annual dividends paid to shareholders for 63 consecutive fiscal years, among the top five longest-running dividend-increase records in the S&P 500 index.**Position Summary**Provide service so that the needs of the clients assigned client are fulfilled in time and quality under the general methods and procedures of the company in order to achieve customer satisfaction respecting the policies and procedures of Parker Hannifin of Mexico.**Responsibilities**- Ensure that we respond to all the demands, questions and concerns of the entire network of distributors, direct customers, Original Equipment customers, national and foreign intercompany customers- Serving foreign customers to whom Parker Hannifin products are exported by ensuring that they respect established procedures must also ensure that shipments to these customers meet the minimum necessary requirements of the obligations imposed by our Customs and Foreign Trade Laws.- It is also your responsibility to cover the requirements of Customs Agents and Charter Lines.- You must follow up on each shipment exported from its departure from the facility until its clearance at Customs and its arrival at the Customer.- It is also responsible for coordinating the provision of timely service for parker hannifin product warranties and repairs service to customers** Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering.- Level of English: Bilingual- 2 years in Customer Service area. Desirable in JDE management, inventory management.- Material logistics in import / export operations- Highly responsible, focus on results- Organized- Self-directed- Work under pressure- Effective communication- Leadership** Language Tags
