Job Summary

- Production Supervisor _
- role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Leads a team comprising of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements._
- _ Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment._
- _ Responsible for the End to End process._
- _ Manage and develop the personnel in charge._
- _ Follow-up and Closing of work orders._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _ Experience as Production Supervisor._
- _ Experience in SMT, PTH and BACKEND lines._
- _ Follow up to production orders_
- _ Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability)._
- _ Experience in electronic manufacturing._
- _ Availability of schedule._
- _ Personnel management._
