Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Production Supervisor _- located in _- Guadalajara, South Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Production Manager, Production Supervisor role involves_- Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals._What a typical day looks like:- _ Troubleshoots/analyses_ operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational _understanding/capability._- _ Listen to and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes._- _ Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment_- _ Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements._- _ Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects._- _ Assists in department budget planning and manage department expenses._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _ Experience as Production Supervisor._- _ Experience in SMT, PTH and BACKEND lines._- _ Follow up to production orders._- _ Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability)._- _ Experience in electronic manufacturing._- _ Availability of schedule._- _ Personnel management._- _ English is also a plus._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
