**Position**: All Source Recruiter
**Salary**: $15,400MXN/month + **Monthly Productivity Bonuses (up to $4,620MXN) +Full Law Benefits**
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible)

- Utilize **internal recruiting channels** (referrals and employee networks) to engage top talent
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide strategic support
- Promote our company as an exceptional place to work and enhance our employer brand

**DESIRED PROFILE**
- Strong **communication, relationship-building, and multitasking** skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and familiarity with ATS.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Fully Bilingual is a **MUST.**
