The Role
We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for closing month-end processes, producing P&L reports, and providing financial analysis to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
**Financial & Operational Excellence**:

- Manage month-end closure for your assigned business areas
- Prepare and distribute P&L reports to Finance Business Partners and P&L owners

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to develop monthly forecasting and annual budgeting timelines
- Ensure accurate recording of forecasts and budgets in AMS finance systems

**Ad Hoc Analysis**:

- Provide analysis on cost restructuring, new deals/extensions, and trend analysis
- Offer insights to enhance management information

Skills and Experience
**Essential**:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Finance Professional qualification or relevant experience
- Experience in management accounting
- Ability to contribute to month-end processes
- Quick learner with good attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills

**Nice to have**:

- Experience collaborating with remote colleagues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and Cognos/TM1
- Openness to learning and being a team player
