**USA MANUFACTURING COMPANY**

**Manage cost accounting for factory operations**
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variations, and recommend corrective actions
- Support execution of physical inventories and reporting results. Investigate and explain the variations.
- Provide support to the corporate team and assist with budgets and forecasts

**Support corporate accounting and Finance**
- Assist the production team with production forecasts, including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Provide support in scheduled inspections, logistics, and customs clearance.
- Analyze and manage labor utilization, indirect expense, and staffing requirements.
- Support Plant Management with data analysis, forecasts, and projections.
- Participated in production meetings and provided support in solving problems regarding cost and production issues.

**Support to Supply Chain**
- Provide support in the planning of material resources and jointly execute customs and inventory responsibilities.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure adequate safety stock, and ensure timely recording of inventory transactions.
- Support, inspect, and report on monthly physical inventory.
- Support bill of materials (BOM) cost consolidation and cost reporting

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finances
- 3+ years of experience in Cost in manufacturing maquiladoras
- 5+ years of experience in general accounting, and finance.
- Standard Cost accounting experience (manufacturing)
- Bilingual English Spanish
- ERP systems Strong Excel skills are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
