We are looking for a Cost Accountant with US GAAP experience to join the plant finance team in Mexicali. This strategic position aims to ensure proper cost management, margin analysis, variance and financial support to the operations and management team. You will collaborate with global finance teams in the US and UK.**Key Responsibilities**:- Analysis and control of standard and actual costs in plant.- Preparation of financial reports in accordance with US GAAP and FRS (Mexican Standards).- Margin analysis by product, customer and product group.- Calculation and monitoring of inventories, provisions and reserves.- Active participation in budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing.- Coordination with the external accounting team (shelter).- Interaction with international stakeholders from Finance, Audit, Legal and Operations.- Participation in continuous improvement projects in costs and profitability.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related career (degree required).- 5 to 7 years of experience in financial or cost accounting.- Previous experience in manufacturing industry.- Working knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).- Desirable experience with ERP JDE (JD Edwards), SAP or Oracle.- Advanced English (oral and written) - indispensable for interaction with teams.- Valid visa and passport (required for occasional travel to the U.S.).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tiene experiência en Análisis y control de costos estándar y reales en planta?- ¿Cuenta con VISA y Pasaporte vigentes?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Conocimiento US GAAP y FRS.: 5 años (Obligatorio)- ERP systems: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Industria manufacturera: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
