- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding banking services
- Assist customers with questions related to their debit cards and accounts
- Provide high-quality customer service and problem-solving
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service
- Follow up on customer inquiries and issues as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
