Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with on-call availability 24 hours a dayMain activities:- Handle high call volume on a fast pace environment, while displaying high level of professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm.- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**:- Answering patients' inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments promptly- Answer inquiries about medical providers and specialist availability.- Schedule patient transportation to our facilities.- Answer inquiries from pharmacies, insurance companies and other medical facilities.- Direct calls to different departments as necessary.- Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed.- Adhere to the proper regulations, privacy, and other requirements.**Benefits**:- $15k/mo base salary before tax.- Performance bonus up to $3,500/mo- $1000/mo as food vouchers- Transportation when public transit is unavailablePay: $15,000.00 - $18,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What are the specifications of your computer?
