- Experience as a Call Center Training Manager a must.
- Experience in call monitoring, identifying opportunity areas and root cause analysis.
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training methodologies such as: mentoring, coaching, on the job and classroom trainings, e-learning, workshops, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience creating training manuals
