We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Order Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will develop effective solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service while maintaining a sense of urgency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Issue purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet customer requirements regarding timeliness and quality.
- Organize and maintain the database for the sourcing board to ensure easy access to information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a purchasing role.
- ** Fluent in English with strong communication skills.**
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Sense of urgency in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
