MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

Lead the development and management of sourcing plans to proactively identify sourcing needs in support of business needs. Lead sourcing events and negotiations to achieve cost savings and cost avoidance targets, including large Request for Proposal and other competitive bidding events including conducting due diligence on suppliers, contacting suppliers to communicate requirements, evaluating, optimizing, and negotiating received bids and summarizing findings with the Business Owner. Utilize spend analytics to identify areas of sourcing/savings opportunity in assigned categories.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

Managing, assessing, and evaluating suppliers and provide periodical supplier performance report. Working alongside Business Owners to manage the supplier relationships to ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met. Develop list of preferred suppliers.

Ensure all purchases are conducted in compliance with company's Procurement Policy with proper documentation, processes and meet company systems requirements.

Proven sourcing skills and expertise, and strong negotiation skills and problem-solving.
Experience evaluating supplier bids and conducting contract negotiations.
Ability to collaborate with internal departments, seek common ground and establish alignment on common goals.
Strong written and verbal skills with demonstrated experience communicating with business stakeholders and suppliers
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, ORACLE is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment.
Strong financial and business mindset
Willingness and ability to learn at a challenging pace and in a changing environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Economics).

Experience

Minimum 3+ years progressive business experience (MRO is a plus), experience of sourcing for automotive industry is preferred.

Advanced English.
