**We will count on you to**:

- Define strategy for operational dashboards and scorecards that meet the business needs for client and operational reporting
- Define the strategy for data storage and structure so that the operations is able to best use that data
- Build partnerships across the matrixed organization so that resources across departments align with the BI Strategy and priorities
- Participate in strategic projects to represent the power and ability of business data to drive business strategy; ensure the massive amount of data available is stored and harnessed
- Define key roles and responsibilities within a business data governance framework
- Build Data Governance framework for business reporting; provide key leadership and direction in the governance model; serve as expert voice to drive the organization forward
- Determine maturity of current business data model; assess where reporting activities are happening across the organization and how to build integrations and alignment with best practices
- Ensure quality and best practices in data collection, transformation and reporting; ensure data structures are built the right way; focus on the new build as well as how to move the legacy data forward
- Develop plan for onboarding of new data sources; ensure governance for access to data sources and self-service reporting
- Assess legacy reports for improvements that reduce production time and/or improve report quality and value.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or Actuarial Sciences, Industrial Engineer including BE/B Tech in Computer Science.
- Previous strong experience in analytics team, building/creating insightful Dashboards using best-in-class Analytics and Visualization tools and automating the processes.
- Previous experience in a Strategic or Finance planning would be a plus.
- Proficiency in extracting data from multiple data sources - Web, PDF, Excel or any database with broad working knowledge of methodologies used for analytics is required.
- 3+ years of developer-level knowledge of Qlik Sense and end-to-end dashboard building experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with any relational database management administration (DBA)
- 2+ years of experience with ETL work (Informatica, MS SSIS, etc.)
- System admin-level knowledge of Qlik Sense management
- Hands-on experience with BI visualization and data modeling development in leading BI solutions (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in Analytics & Automation using either R/Python or VBA techniques to build Model
- Working knowledge of administration of BI platforms
- Experience implementing and maintaining scalable and reliable workflows.
- Excellent organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis, metrics and KPI/KRI reporting.
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels both in English and Spanish.
- Strong stakeholders management skills.

**What makes you stand out?**
- Degree or Certification in BI tools (Qlik Sense & Tableau), Data Science or Analytics ( would be preferred )
- Experience or Knowledge of Financial market, Automation, AI & Machine.
- Experience in Insurance, Finance or Reinsurance industry.
- Developer-level knowledge of SSIS, Python, or other ETL/ELT tools (ex. Informatica)
