**JOB PURPOSE**

We are looking for a Data Expertise Specialist to drive strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis and effective visualization. This role is key in transforming complex information into actionable insights that create business impact.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- ** Analyze large volumes of data and develop predictive models.**:

- **Design dashboards and reports in**Power BI** for better data interpretation.**:

- **Implement**machine learning** solutions to optimize processes and decision-making.**:

- **Ensure**data quality** and improve its management within the organization.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into business strategies.**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Academic Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in similar roles within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Governance.
- Proficiency in **Power BI, SQL, and Python**.
- Experience in **data engineering, machine learning, and data quality management**.
- **Advance English Level**
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose strategic solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings.
