**Customer Service Support Associate**

Responsibilities:

- Develop understanding of clients’ operations and systems
- Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Perform basic activities required to setup and support customer requirements

Education:

- B.E / B.Tech degree in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, and computer-related training.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 2+ years relevant experience, highly desired
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
- Time management, organization, and basic project skills
- Adaptability, able to work on a fast pace and multitasking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Experience writing queries involving multiple tables from MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired
- Problem solving
